Breath, Body + Sound: An Immersive Evening with MindFuel x Allora

Immerse into this full-body feeling, breathing, and listening experience designed to restore balance and bring you back to center.
Led by Hanna of MindFuel Method and Amanda of ALLORA Health + Wellness, this 75-minute journey combines guided breathwork, gentle movement, and sound healing to help you regulate the nervous system, release tension, and reconnect to your inner calm.
Following the session, you’ll have the opportunity to move freely through a 45-minute Open Flow in MindFuel’s Contrast Therapy Studio exploring sauna, cold plunge, and tea lounge access in a self-led flow designed to complement the evening’s theme of balance, renewal, and relaxation.

Guidelines:
- All participants must be 18 or older.
- MindFuel is not responsible for any lost, left behind, or stolen items.
- We provide two clean towels per guest.
- Our studio is phone-free and shoe-free to protect the vibe.
- Filtered hot and cold water is available — stay hydrated.
What to Bring:
- A bathing suit or athletic clothes to wear in the ice bath
- Tip: Pre-layer your bathing suit for easy transition
- A water bottle
- A dry change of clothes and extra pair of socks
- An open mind and willingness to grow
Preparation Tips:
- Wear comfortable clothes suitable for gentle movement and breathability
- Hydrate well and eat a nourishing meal beforehand
- Move carefully when emerging from the sauna & ice bath
- Check yourself: notice when you (and your ego) are pushing too hard
- Explore with clarity: never mix sauna & cold plunge with alcohol
