What is your ice bath and sauna etiquette?
For the ice bath, please ensure you’re in good health before participating. Limit your time to a safe duration, and always listen to your body. For the sauna, drink plenty of water before and after to stay hydrated. Respect others’ space and remember to sit on a towel in the sauna for hygiene reasons. Always step out if you feel too hot or uncomfortable.

What time should I arrive?
We recommend that you arrive at 6:45 PM, 15 minutes before the start of the event.
What is your refund/cancellation policy?
Reservations can be canceled up to 12 hours before the start time of the event to avoid losing your credit. Please cancel your reservation by emailing us at info@mindfuelmethod.com.
