WHY DO BREATHWORK?
Intentional breathing techniques activate the calming parasympathetic nervous system, which can lead to a better quality of life where there’s space for joy and fun.
HOW IT WORKS
- Release toxins and stress when you breathe out; nourish your mind and body when you breathe in
- 5 to 10 minutes per session
- 3 to 4 times per week

ICE BATH
WHY TAKE ICE BATHS?
Cold water immersion (CWI) is the process involving the immersion of the body into cold water, which can increase metabolism, decrease inflammation, release dopamine, and increase energy.
HOW IT WORKS
- Temperatures range from 30˚F to 45˚F
- 30 seconds to 2 minutes
- 3 to 4 times per week
- Goal of 11 minutes per week

SAUNA
WHY USE A SAUNA?
Saunas have been around for centuries. But the popularity of saunas has grown over the years thanks to its many science-backed benefits including improved heart and mental health, relief of chronic pain, and relaxation.
HOW IT WORKS
- A room or tent heated to temperatures from 140˚F to 200˚F with humidity ranging from 0% – 20%
- 3 to 7 times per week
- 8 to 15 minutes per session
- Goal of 57 minutes per week
