What should I wear?
A swimsuit or comfortable athletic wear. We provide fresh towels, showers, and soap. Bring a water bottle if you want, but we have water available too.
Is the cold plunge too intense for beginners?
The first few seconds are intense, but beginners do this every week here. You always control your pace and how long you stay in. Our guides are there to support you through it.
What's the difference between guided and free flow?
Guided sessions are led by an instructor who walks you through sauna rounds, cold plunge, and breathwork. Great for first-timers. Free flow sessions let you move at your own pace between sauna and cold plunge on your own schedule.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes. All sessions are booked through our online schedule. Spots are limited to keep the experience quality high. We recommend booking 1-2 days ahead, especially for popular evening and weekend sessions.
Where are you located and is parking easy?
2006 Smallman St in Pittsburgh's Strip District. Street parking on Smallman and nearby streets, plus surrounding lots. Usually easy to find a spot.
Can I bring a friend?
Yes. Anyone can book a session as a drop-in ($49) or with a class pack. Some membership tiers include guest passes. It's a great way to introduce someone to the experience.
What is the Recovery Lounge?
Our mezzanine-level recovery space featuring red light therapy and compression therapy. Use your existing membership or class pack credits to book Recovery Lounge sessions. Opening soon.
How do memberships work?
Pick a tier (4x, 8x, or Unlimited per month), and you get that many session credits each month. Credits work for any session type including the Recovery Lounge. Month-to-month with 30-day cancellation notice.
