Book online

Pick a session that fits your vibe and schedule. First time? Start with a Free Flow or a guided class like Recover.

Check in + get set up

Arrive 10 minutes early. Our team will walk you through the space, show you where everything is, and answer any questions. We provide towels, showers, and soap.

Your session

Guided or self-paced, you'll move between sauna and cold plunge. Start where you're comfortable. There's no wrong way to do this.

Cool down + connect

Between rounds, hang in the social space. Grab some tea. Talk to the person next to you. This is where the community part happens.

Rinse off + head out

Shower, change, and walk out feeling completely different than when you walked in. Better sleep tonight. Clearer head tomorrow.
