Spent Thanksgiving morning at MindFuel. What an amazing experience. It was our first time to this location after participating in the pop up sessions. Hannah’s vision for community, health and well-being came to life in this tranquil space. As soon as you walk in- you can feel it’s going to be something special. Painting a quick picture- as you transcend downstairs, you are transported back into the historic Pittsburgh building vibe. Think brick and stone mixed with spa vibes. AMAZING! Amenities are perfect. Hot green tea, showers and space to relax. Grateful to have this spot in our city!

Arrive 10 minutes early. Our team will walk you through the space, show you where everything is, and answer any questions. We provide towels, showers, and soap.

Guided or self-paced, you'll move between sauna and cold plunge. Start where you're comfortable. There's no wrong way to do this.

Between rounds, hang in the social space. Grab some tea. Talk to the person next to you. This is where the community part happens.
