The Art of Regulation: Heart Edition
A Valentine’s Day Nervous System Experience at MindFuel Strip District
Saturday, February 14 | 4–6 PM
The Art of Regulation: Heart Edition is a heart-centered nervous system experience designed to feel like a warm hug from the inside.
This workshop is co-hosted by MindFuel Guide Andrew and Guest Guide/Founding Member Victoria and invites you to explore connection through regulation — not effort. Through restorative yoga, guided breath, sauna, cold exposure, and a nourishing herbal tea ritual, you’ll be guided into a slower, safer relationship with your body and your internal world.
Rather than pushing limits or chasing endurance, this experience emphasizes clarity, care, and choice. You’ll be invited to sense your edge, respond with gentleness, and allow warmth, breath, and contrast to support a more steady, grounded state — both within yourself and in shared space.
Herbal teas are woven throughout the journey as both nourishment and education, offering a soft landing for integration, reflection, and quiet connection in the tea lounge.
Come solo, bring a friend, or make it a date. This experience is about self-love, shared presence, and remembering what it feels like to be held — by your body, your breath, and your community.
