Join us May 3, 2024 at Stride Fitness South Hills for the MindFuel Friday Night Social – a social wellness experience to uplift, inspire, drop your guard, and express your most authentic self. This two-hour party is a different take on a typical Friday night out with friends. Tap into the collective energy of like-minded individuals over breathwork, ice baths, shared sauna, dancing, and connection.

- Price: $30 per person (Includes access to ice bath, sauna, breathwork and movement sessions, refreshments, and expert breathwork and movement guides)
Guidelines:
- No smoking. We are a clean air space; please refrain from smoking on the premises.
- Only individuals aged 18 and older are permitted to attend and participate in events.
- Dogs are welcome but must remain on a leash.
- Fire management (starting, extinguishing, and adding logs to the sauna furance or fire pit) is only allowed for MindFuel staff.
- MindFuel is not responsible for any left, lost, or stolen items.
Schedule:
- 6:45 - 7:00 PM: Check-In / Ice Bath Group Selection / Grounding
- 7:00 - 7:30 PM: Breathwork & Embodiment on the turf (weather permitting) or in the Stride Fitness Studio
- 7:30 PM onwards: Group FLOW sessions in Sauna, Ice Baths, and Fire Pit Tea Lounge
- Post-FLOW: Open use of sauna, ice baths, and relaxation by the fire with tea.
What to Bring:
- A bathing suit or athletic clothes to wear in the ice bath
- Tip: Pre-layer your bathing suit for easy transition
- A water bottle
- A towel, dry change of clothes and extra pair of socks
- A yoga mat (optional, but encouraged)
- An open mind and willingness to grow
Preparation Tips:
- Wear comfortable clothes suitable for gentle movement and breathability
- Hydrate well and eat a nourishing meal beforehand
- Move carefully in the sauna and when emerging from the ice bath
- Check yourself: notice when you (and your ego) are pushing too hard

For the ice bath, please ensure you’re in good health before participating. Limit your time to a safe duration, and always listen to your body. For the sauna, drink plenty of water before and after to stay hydrated. Respect others’ space and remember to sit on a towel in the sauna for hygiene reasons. Always step out if you feel too hot or uncomfortable.

Where can I park?
We have designated parking areas for our attendees in the driveway and on the street. Once you arrive, there will be signs and event staff to guide you to the nearest available spot. Carpooling is encouraged to help reduce the number of vehicles.
When should I show up to the Friday Night Social?
We recommend that you arrive at 6:45 PM, 15 minutes before the start of the event.
What is your refund/cancellation policy?
Reservations can be canceled up to 12 hours before the start time of the event to avoid losing your credit. Please cancel your reservation by emailing us at info@mindfuelmethod.com.
