This two-hour wellness experience will shift your state and regulate your nervous system with expert-led breathwork, ice baths, and shared sauna sessions. Guidelines:
- No smoking. We are a clean-air space; please refrain from smoking on the premises.
- Only individuals aged 18 and older are permitted to attend and participate in events.
- Dogs are welcome but must remain on a leash.
- MindFuel is not responsible for any left, lost, or stolen items.
Schedule:
- 6:30 - 7:00 PM: Check-In / Ice Bath Group Selection / Grounding
- 7:00 - 7:30 PM: Breathwork & Embodiment at the Sweat PGH Patio
- 7:30 PM onwards: Group FLOW sessions in the Sauna, Ice Baths, and Fire Pit Tea Lounge
- Post-FLOW: Open use of sauna, ice baths, and relaxation by the fire with tea.
What to Bring:
- A bathing suit or athletic clothes to wear in the ice bath
- Tip: Pre-layer your bathing suit for easy transition
- A water bottle
- A towel, dry change of clothes and extra pair of socks
- An open mind and willingness to grow

For the ice bath, please ensure you’re in good health before participating. Limit your time to a safe duration, and always listen to your body. For the sauna, drink plenty of water before and after to stay hydrated. Respect others’ space and remember to sit on a towel in the sauna for hygiene reasons. Always step out if you feel too hot or uncomfortable.

What time should I arrive?
We recommend that you arrive at 6:45 PM, 15 minutes before the start of the event.
What is your refund/cancellation policy?
