MindFuel Mastermind: A Vision & Goal Setting Workshop

This workshop is designed to help you start the new year with clarity, confidence, and momentum. Through a guided reflection and goal-setting process, you’ll revisit the past year, assess where you are now, and design a vision and action plan for the year ahead.
You’ll move through individual journaling prompts, group masterminding, and guided exercises that help you gain perspective, set meaningful goals, and connect with an inspiring community.
By the end, you’ll walk away with:
- A thoughtful review of 2025, including your high points, low points, and key lessons learned.
- An honest look at how you’re doing across key areas of life — health, career, finances, relationships, and more.
- A written vision and theme for 2026, along with actionable SMART goals to bring it to life.
- Meaningful new connections, fresh perspective, and a community to collaborate and build with.

Guidelines:
- All participants must be 18 or older.
- MindFuel is not responsible for any lost, left behind, or stolen items.
- We provide two clean towels per guest.
- Our studio is phone-free and shoe-free to protect the vibe.
- Filtered hot and cold water is available — stay hydrated.
What to Bring:
- A bathing suit or athletic clothes to wear in the ice bath; we will provide a yoga mat for you
- Tip: Pre-layer your bathing suit for easy transition
- A water bottle
- A dry change of clothes and extra pair of socks

Preparation Tips:
- Wear comfortable clothes suitable for gentle movement and breathability
- Hydrate well and eat a nourishing meal beforehand
- Move carefully when emerging from the sauna & ice bath
- Check yourself: notice when you (and your ego) are pushing too hard
- Explore with clarity: never mix sauna & cold plunge with alcohol
