Group Run

Choose your route: 1 mile or 3 miles. All paces welcome. We start and finish at the studio.

7:15 PM

Sauna + Cold Plunge Social Flow

45 minutes of contrast therapy with the crew. Finnish sauna, cold plunge, good conversation. The best part of your Tuesday.

8:00 PM

Head Out Feeling Different

Rinse off, change, and leave feeling like you just hit reset on your entire week.

  • 6:30 PM group run | 7:15 PM sauna + cold plunge

  • All participants must be 18 or older
  • Phone-free and shoe-free studio
  • Two clean towels provided per guest
  • Filtered hot and cold water available

What to Bring

  • Bathing suit or athletic wear for the plunge
  • Pre-layer your suit under running clothes for easy transition
  • Water bottle
  • Dry change of clothes + extra socks
  • Two towels included (bring a personal one if you'd like)
  • An open mind and willingness to grow

Preparation Tips

  • Wear comfortable clothes for the run
  • Hydrate well and eat a nourishing meal beforehand
  • Move carefully emerging from sauna and ice bath
  • Check yourself: notice when ego is pushing too hard
  • Never mix sauna + cold plunge with alcohol
  • Explore with clarity and listen to your body
