🔥 Why Join?
Boost your metabolism and burn calories in the sauna.
Activate brown fat in the cold plunge to keep your body energized.
Connect with our amazing community and start your day with gratitude.
Feel refreshed, relaxed, and ready to crush that Thanksgiving feast!
Start your holiday feeling amazing—then give thanks and stuff your face the rest of the day. Gobble gobble, let’s roast together!
Sauna: Step into the heat of our mobile sauna to relax your muscles, calm your mind, and enhance cardiovascular health. Sweating it out not only releases toxins but also depletes electrolytes, sparking a craving for food and hydration post-session. The warmth helps ease tension and offers long-term stress relief, setting you up for a relaxing and rejuvenating holiday.
Cold Plunge: Embrace the invigorating chill of the ice bath to stimulate circulation, boost recovery, and elevate your mood. Cold exposure activates brown fat, increasing metabolism and calorie burning as your body works to regulate its temperature—a concept known as the “Søeberg Principle.” This metabolic boost, combined with the appetite-stimulating effects of sauna, will have you ripping and ready to devour your Thanksgiving feast.
Community: Human connection is as essential for health as physical fitness. Social interaction is a powerful tool for mental and physical well-being, helping reduce stress and anxiety through the release of oxytocin. This supportive environment encourages connection, shared experiences, and a sense of belonging. Make new friends or bring loved ones to enjoy a morning of meaningful interaction.
Amenities: We’ve got everything you need to enjoy the experience fully: a safe area for belongings, a changing tent, bathroom facilities, and water on hand. After your session, relax in the hot tea lounge to warm up and connect with like-minded individuals.
Weather Notice: Rain or shine, we’re gathering! Should we experience lightning, we’ll take necessary precautions to ensure safety. If it rains, enjoy the extraordinary experience of sauna in the rain—something truly special. Tents are set up to keep you dry, making your time with us comfortable and memorable.
