The MindFuel Method experience is designed to immerse you in holistic wellness practices. You’ll engage in empowering breathwork sessions, rejuvenating movement exercises, and a sense of communal connection. It’s an opportunity to align your mind, body, and spirit in a supportive environment.
For the ice bath, please ensure you’re in good health before participating. Limit your time to a safe duration, and always listen to your body. For the sauna, drink plenty of water before and after to stay hydrated. Respect others’ space and remember to sit on a towel in the sauna for hygiene reasons. Always step out if you feel too hot or uncomfortable.

We highly recommend RSVPing to ensure we have adequate facilities and resources for all attendees. This also helps us maintain a cozy, intimate setting for everyone.

Participants should wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement and bring any necessary personal items, such as a bathing suit for cold immersion sessions.
The event is designed for adults aged 18 and above. If you have specific concerns or inquiries about age-related participation, please reach out to us.
We have designated parking areas for our attendees in the driveway and on the street. Once you arrive, there will be signs and event staff to guide you to the nearest available spot. Carpooling is encouraged to help reduce the number of vehicles.
We recommend that you arrive 10-15 minutes before the start of the Sunday Social.Â
Reservations can be canceled up to 12 hours before the start time of the event to avoid losing your credit. Please cancel your reservation by emailing us at info@mindfuelmethod.com.
