Membership FAQ

What's included in every membership?

Every membership includes access to traditional Finnish sauna, cold plunge, all guided classes (breathwork, contrast therapy, yoga/movement, open sessions), the Recovery Lounge (red light therapy, compression therapy), and monthly guest passes. Fresh towels, showers, and soap are always included.

How does billing work?

Memberships are billed monthly on autopay. Your billing date is the same day each month, starting from the day you sign up. All session credits renew on your billing date and do not roll over.

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes. We require 30 days written notice to cancel. No long-term contracts. Just give us a heads up and you're good. Keep in mind: if you signed up at a founding or pre-launch rate, canceling means you permanently lose that rate.

Can I pause instead of canceling?

Yes. You can pause your membership for $20/month for up to 4 months. Pausing preserves your current rate (including founding rates) so you can pick back up right where you left off.

What's the no-show and late cancel policy?

If you no-show or cancel within 6 hours of class, you still lose the session credit. We get it, things happen, so every member gets 4 emergency passes per year that waive the penalty. After those are used, the credit is gone.

How do guest passes work?

Guest passes come with your membership each month (1 for Weekly Reset, 2 for Build Your Rhythm, 4 for Unlimited). Book your guest into any class through your account. Guest passes don't roll over to the next month.

What if I want to change my membership tier?

You can upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle. Reach out to us at hello@mindfuelmethod.com and we'll handle it.

Do sessions roll over?

Session credits do not roll over month to month. They reset on your billing date. That's by design. This practice works best when you build a rhythm and stay consistent.
