Master the art of holding space.
A 20-hour immersive facilitator training at MindFuel Method in Pittsburgh's Strip District. Develop the knowledge, confidence, and practical facilitation skills to lead transformational wellness experiences rooted in the MindFuel Method.
Enrollment opens August 13, 2026. Spots are limited. The inaugural cohort is intentionally small.
This training is designed for people who feel called to guide others.

A yoga teacher wanting to confidently hold deeper space.
A coach looking to better understand the nervous system.
A fitness professional wanting to create experiences beyond just workouts.
A healthcare provider interested in whole-person wellness.
A wellness practitioner ready to deepen your leadership.
Or someone who's always felt called to help others feel better.
If that sounds like you... you're in the right place.

Transformation doesn't happen because someone memorized information. It happens because someone created the conditions for change.
The MindFuel Method combines evidence-informed nervous system education with intentional facilitation, contrast therapy, breathwork, mindfulness, and human connection.
The goal isn't simply to teach people what to do. The goal is to help them experience lasting change. As a facilitator, you'll learn how to create those experiences.
Learn from the people who live this work.
Hanna Schlegel
Founder, MindFuel Method · Program CreatorHanna is the founder of MindFuel Method and believes that wellness experiences have the power to change lives when they're led with intention. She has dedicated herself to studying the intersection of nervous system regulation, breathwork, meditation, contrast therapy, and human connection while building MindFuel into one of Pittsburgh's leading wellness communities.
Through thousands of guided experiences, Hanna discovered that meaningful transformation isn't created by a modality alone, it's created by the person facilitating it. That realization became the foundation of the MindFuel Method Facilitator Training.
As the creator of the program, Hanna's vision is to develop confident facilitators who know how to hold space with presence, curiosity, compassion, and purpose. As a member of the International Breathwork Foundation (IBF), she is passionate about advancing ethical, evidence-informed facilitator education.

She loves taking big ideas and turning them into clear, intentional, and repeatable experiences.
As the strategic education partner for the MindFuel Method Facilitator Training, Montana is helping shape the training framework, learning outcomes, and educational structure that will support the inaugural program and its future growth. Her goal: a training that develops exceptional MindFuel facilitators and equips participants with skills they can carry into any wellness space.
Montana is an E-RYT 500 and Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP) with over six years of experience leading yoga teacher trainings, mentoring instructors, and facilitating continuing education programs.
We've guided thousands of people over the years and one thing became incredibly clear. There are countless passionate people who want to help others. But very few have ever been taught how to facilitate. How to hold space. How to lead an experience instead of simply teaching information. The MindFuel Method Facilitator Training was created to fill that gap.
Certifications teach equipment. This teaches facilitation.
Most cold-exposure and sauna certifications teach equipment operation and basic safety. This training teaches facilitation - how to actually guide people through the experience with the same rigor a great yoga or meditation teacher brings to their room.
It's built through MindFuel's philosophy, but designed to travel with you wherever you go next. That combination, purpose-built for contrast therapy, doesn't have an established standard yet. This training is MindFuel's case for what that standard should look like.
Safety
Evidence-informed protocols for breathwork, heat, and cold, so every experience you lead is as safe as it is powerful.
Science
Nervous system education you can actually explain, grounded in research, translated into plain language.
Facilitation Craft
Voice, presence, space holding, and experience design, practiced live with coaching and feedback.

Questions, answered.
Do I need any prior certifications or experience?
No. This training is designed for practicing professionals (yoga teachers, coaches, trainers, healthcare providers) and for people who are earlier in their journey. What you need is curiosity and a genuine desire to guide others, not a specific resume.
What does the weekend look like?
The training runs Friday through Sunday, November 13 to 15, for a total of 20 immersive hours: roughly 4 hours Friday evening, 8 hours Saturday, and 8 hours Sunday. Expect a mix of education, guided experiences, and hands-on facilitation practice with coaching and feedback. The full schedule is shared upon enrollment.
Does this count toward Yoga Alliance continuing education?
Yes. The MindFuel Method Facilitator Training is eligible for up to 20 Yoga Alliance Continuing Education hours through a YACEP, Montana Mitchell, E-RYT 500.
How does the payment plan work?
You can pay $800 in full, or choose the payment plan: three monthly payments of $300 ($900 total). All installments are completed before the training begins, so payment plan enrollment is available through September 13, 2026. After that, pay-in-full enrollment stays open until the cohort fills.
Will I actually get in the sauna and cold plunge?
Yes. You'll experience the practices you're learning to facilitate. Bring swimwear and comfortable clothes; towels are provided. If you're pregnant or have a medical consideration, don't worry, we've designed alternative experiences so you can participate fully while honoring your body's needs.
Do I need to be a MindFuel member?
No. The training is open to everyone, and we'd love to welcome you if you're traveling from outside Pittsburgh.
What do I leave with?
You'll leave with a MindFuel Method Facilitator Training Certificate, up to 20 Yoga Alliance CE hours (if applicable), hands-on facilitation experience with feedback, meaningful connections with like-minded leaders, and a practical framework you can confidently carry into any wellness space.
How limited is enrollment?
The inaugural cohort is intentionally small so every participant gets meaningful practice time, coaching, and feedback. Once it's full, it's full.
The inaugural cohort isn't just the launch of a new training.
It's the beginning of a growing community of facilitators committed to helping people regulate their nervous systems, build resilience, and create meaningful human experiences.
If you believe people deserve spaces where they feel safe, supported, challenged, and empowered... we'd be honored to train alongside you.
